Student login not working - it's not a user or password issue

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 73.0.3683.86, No Flash version detected

My student and I have changed her password multiple times today, and it is not working. We've done it different ways… After we try press sign in, ,we enter the information and then it makes us enter it again on this screen There is something missing we think, because it says enter text below here and it doesn't make any sense to say that:

Is there a place to get help on Scratch? Unfortunately this student is already having issues completing work and she lost another day…
