Heyo! I've heard a lot of complaints about users not liking it when they receive notifications (especially studios). Also, more “famous” Scratchers may not want to get a notification for every love and favorite they get. I think that a common solution to it all would be to add in an option where users can toggle what notifications they get and what simply doesn't get sent to them. Though I'm not the best artist on Scratch terrible at art, I've made a couple “Rough Draft” images of what this could look like.

I think that this would help a lot with users' complaints on “Message Spam.”
