New to Scratch

When I click create (to create a new untitled) It always fails to load.
At the Scratch Main Menu, when I click create to create a new project, (Untitled) It always fails to load and shows an error message saying “The project has failed to load, the scratch team has been notified”. What can I do to stop it from saying that?
