Instead of making suggestions here, you should make a new topic about it. That way people will actually see your suggestion.

I agree with the rejection of “Remove the Location” because some people, like me, don't want where they live revealed, but they want people to know if they have relation to cool places, like me, for example, I'm not from Czech Republic, but I am part Czech.
I disagree with you, sharing your country doesn't spoil where you EXACTLY live.
But still, I feel slightly uncomfortable with that, it's just my opinion. Not everyone wants to share that.

I have removed two suggestions: “Ban voice acting” and “Remove the phone number censor”.

I haven't seen many suggestions to do these things, and I felt like no one will be suggesting these any time soon. This list is generally for commonly-suggested ideas that have been rejected. So, in order to shorten the list (if only a little), I have removed them.

Removing suggestions from the list has happened before. “Text-Based Games forums” has been rejected according to @customhacker's post, but nowhere on @LionHeart70's post.

I was given permission from @Paddle2See on this (taken from his profile):

I would be fine with removing those. We want to focus on the most common suggestions - or the ones with the most complicated explanation
These ideas are still rejected — but they don't need to be on this list.

If the achievements/badges were ever added, I'd just take a moment and realize how much my computer would be chugging while processing what I would've gotten.

This is an awesome list, but I have one SUGGESTION for it ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Maybe make the workarounds more specific and clearer? Or maybe link this sticky. It's up to you, I just think this could make it better.

Which workarounds are you referring to? I don't think there are many.

Awesome improvements! So much more organized and structured. All I think would make it even better would be adding a little summary at the top.
Here's a little example:

Summary
1 - example
2 - other example
3 - apples
4 - etc.

1 - example

1.1 - removing apples from Scratch
[description of why this is rejected]

1.2 - adding —

2 - other example

2.1 - a bad suggestion
etc.

What do you think about it?

I think you are referring to onion skins, right? If so, please post on this topic

I love the new categorizing that you did! One thing that could be nice, though, if at the beginning of each new section, maybe you could underline the text and/or make it colorful so people don't get confused. There is so much bold text that it gets kind of hard to distinguish between each rejected suggestion, and the categories.

Edit: Fixed a typo.

Suggestions leading to rejected suggestions (such as inviting users to work together on projects leading to private messaging) seem to be also rejected. But your topic does not seem to state this?

Adding users to work on projects is rejected, though — see #2.1.

I looked at the “moderating minimods” thing, and it does not seem to be rejected. Paddle2See said it is best to just report instead of minimodding. god it freaks me out to see that intimidating smile on the minimod posts Although Paddle also said it is okay to link duplicate topics. But calling someone out, e.g. for saying a bad word, and saying you reported them, is apparently not preferred.

wait a second does this count as minimodding. i guess not, i didnt put that creepy smile.
When a Scratch Team member closes a topic with an explanation, I take that to mean it's rejected. If it were not rejected, the topic would not have been closed by a Scratch Team member. Regardless, this suggestion was added by the previous owners of this list — simply because it was rejected.

But, I mean that ALL of the suggestions leading to rejected suggestions are rejected, and this rule is not stated in your topic.

It's likely safe to say that if someone's suggestion will obviously lead to private messaging, then it is rejected.

However, not all such suggestions deserve to go on this list. If someone gives a suggestion that isn't on this list, and it just so happens to lead to private messaging, we can discuss how to remove the “private messaging” part in order to make it a good suggestion.

You do have a good point, though. What do you suggest I add, something like this at the top of the list?
In addition to the suggestions in this list, any suggestions leading to rejected suggestions are also rejected.

2.5 is useless. It lags every three seconds even on a project with minimal code on my kroambuk.

Some devices have more trouble than others for registering clones. The fact that clones don't work for you is all the more reason this suggestion is rejected.

Those posts would be nice in case I ever would like to expand on information in the list. In particular, if you go to page 2, a table of contents for the list is the top post.
