Actually… I have something important to tell y’about’th. It focus’stoo’m’ch on popularity.
Please stop inserting an apostrophe at nearly very vowel

I know why it was rejected. Go read 9.6 and you'll see why I think it's a good idea to add it onto section 9.6.

Still, @Za-Chary already replied to it a few pages ago saying that it counts as a poll anyways and probably didn't deserve a separate mention.

new rejected suggestion for 8.12

8.12 stop asking for gender on signup
asking for gender allows the scratch team to see how may people using scratch have a Surten gender, if you fell uncomfortable sharing it on sign up then you can choose no to share you gender, for more information click here, changing the list or requiring people to share their gender is also rejected for similar reseasons
i wat this rejected to help people to know it can be useful

How about "However, the ability to connect gaming controllers to a computer or tablet to use for Scratch is NOT rejected, but its topic has been closed since all that needs to be said has already been said"
Makes sense. I'll update the entry to make it say something like this.

Do you speak Spanish fluently, or are you using a translator to make the list? I only link to non-English lists made by those who speak the language fluently.

I'm not aware of it being rejected, but I'm not confident that it's not. I suspect there would be problems with this that I'm not thinking of at the moment.

How much has this been suggested in the past?

The following claim also requires a source: “changing the list or requiring people to share their gender is also rejected for similar reseasons.” That is not indicated in the rejection post.

Perhaps you shouldn't make it then? Not trying to be mean, but Google translate isn't the best, and you may confuse more people than you'll help

Nah Google translate is quite bad. Its uncommon to see that it's gives gibberish.

Unless a moderator post on that topic confirming it is not rejected, we cannot be confident that it would not be rejected when an ST member sees it.

1.7 3D Scratch
A 3D Scratch interface, involving a z-axis in the project stage, could make it easier to create 3D projects. However, Scratch is a language that is designed to be as easy as possible for beginners to learn. The purpose of Scratch is to teach beginners basic programming concepts, which is best accomplished with a 2D interface. Adding a 3D interface could make Scratch more difficult to learn and teach. This includes having a separate website for 3D Scratch. This suggestion also includes the possibility for virtual-reality “Scratch VR” features, where a lot of the same difficulties come up; for more information, see this post.
There have been tutorials on how to make a 3D Scratch project, so there would be no use putting #1.7 on TOLORS.

however, people suggest it a lot, because they want it to be easier. so I think its nessesary.

Not quite. 1.7 is there because adding a 3D feature in Scratch is rejected. Not because it isn’t possible/allowed to make 3D projects in the current Scratch.

Kodwx wrote:

Attempting to make 3D projects in vanilla Scratch is allowed, 1.7 just means that adding a feature for making 3D projects is a rejected suggestion.

I don't think it is, but there aren't really any brands on Scratch (besides Cartoon Network, but they've been inactive since 2019)
