Use the picture button in the post toolbar, do note that Cupload is the only viable allowed image host though.

You need to use a supported image host such as cubeupload, this is to prevent inappropriate images
First go to cubeupload and create an account (it's 100% free)
Then confirm your “electronic messages” address
Download that gif and click “Select Images”

Then make sure you have downloaded the gif then upload the image
Then copy the link, click the image icon (

) and paste the image url you copied

imageshack only has a thirty-day free trial, after that, it requires subscription payment. Unless you want to pay, Cupload is the only viable image host.

With the new scratchblocks update, you can now make the stop sign block and the cat block with scratchblocks.
