My friend and I wanted to do a coding challenge where he codes in Hindi and I in Norwegian (again). But I realized that Scratch doesn't support Hindi for Scratch 3 like in Scratch 2. Please add Hindi support

The Scratch Team isn't done making 3.0. They probably aren't done making 3.0

The Scratch Team is still hard at work with 3.0, and translating 3.0 into more languages is probably high up on their list of things they will implement so that Scratch is accessable to all.

Support for accessibility and because there are half a billion Hindi speakers who could benefit from this ^ ^

I guess Marathi could also be supported, considering they are mostly similar languages and there are 83 million speakers

Most People who speak Hindi Already now English, but Adding it could still be useful.

As you can tell through the transifex website hindi is 83% translated

You can help translate scratch into Hindi by hitting the button on the right that says “Join this project”

Its not that Scratch doesn't want to add Hindi language support, its just that its not fully translated yet

More than 500 million people speak Hindi in India
It is our national language, it's an insult for us that there is no language translation option on scratch.

And these languages are already been added on scratch website.

Once again, Scratch is a nonprofit organization and relies on money from donations and purchase of merchandise to keep this website running. They are not neglecting the Hindi language, they're working on it as we speak. It's not that easy to translate an entire site even with a team.
Along with that, the ST is working on tons and tons of other things as well on the website, like moderation and other updates.

Hey, I'm 100% Indian and I'm not mad. You have to understand that these things take time. We have proof that they're working on it, so you just need to be a little patient and Hindi will be on the website soon. Accusing the scratch team of insulting us is not going to help things.

Supporter. Note: Scratch is still not done making scratch 3. They probably would have transformed this forums page into a 3.0 page, so we are basically using Scratch 2 and 3. I’m sure it will come soon.

No she does not work for Transifex I just made an account 3 days ago and I got in the translators department. She just helps me to translate the words into the Hindi.

Please support hindi , it a language more , I dont speak it but Scratch has to put on the Hindu language , because a lot of people is from India and I dont if now how can they support that Scratch doesn't: have the Hindi language
Please support and add Hindi support .
