Banners killing Cubeupload isn't much of a reason to restrain freedom. And also, the biggest currency systems are on studios, not the forums, so there's no need for Cubeupload for the banners to be uploaded to. Downgrading to art trades won't hurt anyone, but upgrading to a currency system won't hurt anyone either (unless someone misuses the currency system, in that case it's something completely different).
