A Detailed Overview of #EveryoneIsBeautiful

#EveryoneIsBeautiful will be launching in January 2020 with the BeYOUtiful Month which celebrates cultural diversity, having confidence in your identity and how everyone is unique. This will involve small support groups, each run by a counsellor, #ProudToBeMe projects (projects containing an impression of yourself, some information about you and a list of things that you like about yourself), writing everything you think about yourself and digging up the misconceptions that any negativity you have about yourself or your body are based on and “partner chats” (where you can ask to be placed with a compatible Scratcher and can talk over any problems you're having with each other). We will also participate in relevant global events such as Mindful in May.

A Rough Schedule of BeYOUtiful Month
Week 1 - #ProudToBeMe Projects
Day 1 - Personality Pals (posting a comment with some of your key personality traits and finding similar Scratchers that you can easily connect to)
Day 2 - Smash Perfection (create a “perfect” person with a group of Scratchers, then point out all the ways that perfection is false while remaining positive about yourself)
Day 3 - Find Your Club (create a group of 5-10 people that you relate to, possibly including some Personality Pals, and a manager will volunteer to lead your cabin and will create a studio for you to use) NOTE: This is not competitive, so this is just a group of people to hang out and do activities with.
Day 4 - TBD

Week 2 - Destroying Negativity
Day 1 - Positive Person (write a list of all your favourite things about yourself)
Day 2 - Not Everything Is Black or White (write a list of all the things you don't mind about yourself)
Day 3 - Finding Misconceptions (write a list of all the things you don't like about yourself and dig deeper to find out what the misconception is behind the hate)
Day 4 - Kicking Down Misconceptions (replace your core misconceptions and replace them with new information - you'll find that your “hate list” about you will shrink)
Day 5 - TBD

Week 3 - Create Your New Life
Day 1 - Find Targets To Shoot For (write down a list of all the things you've always wanted to do or always wanted to be better at)
Day 2 - Create Your Journey (design a path to reach your goals)
Day 3 - Keep Track of Your Progress (find a way to keep track of your project and stay motivated)
Day 4 - Mindfulness, Meditation & Affirmations (try out new ways of staying calm, focused and positive)
Day 5 - TBD

Week 4 - Let It All Out
Day 1 - Release Everything (write down everything you've never said about your life)
Day 2 - Psyche Yourself Up (write down a list of all the people you might want to tell everything (or some things) to and remind yourself why you're doing this)
Day 3 - Find A Buddy & Get To Know Them (find a Scratcher to tell things to and spent the rest of the day getting to know each other)
Day 4 - Partner Chats (finally let out as much as you like to a partner) NOTE: This is a private talk, so don’t spill your partner’s story to everyone you know! Also feel free to delete the comment thread.

Mindful in May
We will also be doing our own Mindful in May challenge - we will create a studio and post mindfulness activities every day. You can see the official Mindful in May website for what it’s all about. More information and a schedule will be available in February 2020, after the launch of #EveryoneIsBeautiful.

What Else?
When there aren’t any major #EveryoneIsBeautiful events on, the #EveryoneIsBeautiful studio will function as a regular empowerment and motivational studio. You can ask for help and help others, post inspirational and positive quotes and share inspiring projects with the #EveryoneIsBeautiful community.

However, more events will be planned and put into action after the launch.

Well, it wants to know how you would make the event a better place, and what worthwhile qualities you have!
