Scratch 3 wont connect to Lego EV3

My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 71.0.3578.98, No Flash version detected

Has anyone go the EV3 extension to work?
I have 25 EV3's and it is not connecting to any of them.
I will not work on PC or Ipad.
Scratch Link is running.
Is there a know issue?
Where do I go to get help, I have posted many scratch issues but don't get any responses, is this the right place to post issues?

I installed a new scratch link and that fixed the problem. Does the scratch link update itself if there are any changes?

No, I believe not. I feel it should be added. Please suggest it in the suggestions forum.
