Ok, so over the past few days I've been creating a highly sensitive cuss word catcher. Unlike popular opinion, it is possible to stop most cuss word work-arounds from being used. It is still in development, but it has great potential in my opinion. It's capabilities are pretty amazing, it can detect a cuss word written in thousands of different ways. As an example let's assume that the word “cake” is a cuss word.

My program can catch all of these ways of saying it: “c ake” “ca ke” “c a k e” “c a ke” “cc aa k e” “c aa k”. It doesn't matter how many spaces or duplicate letters are in it, it will catch it.

You can't even use special characters to disguise a cuss word, e.g. “c!ke” “c ? kkke” “c.a.k.e.” “c,,, aa k. ?e” IT DOES NOT MATTER.

Now with a highly sensitive filter like this there is a bit of a drawback. And that is that it will occasionally mistake a normal word for a cuss word. This is completely unavoidable, there are some words that it just won't let through. If this is the case then you would have to paraphrase (change you words to mean the same thing). When cloud lists are enabled, I may add a list of words that can't be used due to the filter. It would be in alphabetical order so that it would be able to be navigated better.

So what can defeat this filter? Only letters. So this brings up a problem, how do I fix this? It may not be possible. If that's the case that doesn't mean this isn't a huge help for future chat rooms (if they get unbanned). Go ahead and try it out, however it's not done yet and what I've described above is an unreleased version of my filter. What you'll be using is an earlier version which doesn't support special character protection. But I'm close to releasing the next version which already has this included, so stay tuned .
