My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 11151.59.0, Chrome 71.0.3578.94, No Flash version detected

When I press the blue add to studio button on the project page of a project, and then I click on the studio that I want to add the project to (which I am a curator of) the bar for that studio turns green, a little loading circle shows up, and then a checkmark. Then I press the blue okay button at the bottom. This should add the project to the studio, but when I go to the studio, the project hasn't been added, and it doesn't say in the studio activity section that the project was added. If I go back to the project, and press the add to studios button again, the checkmark is gone, so the project was never added. This has been happening since Scratch 3.0 released, and I thought it would be fixed with time, but it hasn't been.
