My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Chrome 71.0.3578.98, No Flash version detected
This is been a repeating glitch for as long as I've been on Scratch, I've just never found a need to report it. I just think if yall are already adding all sorts of new things and fixing random bugs in 3.0, you'd might as well fix this also.

Really the title says it all. Sometimes I'll get a notification for new studio activity, but when I get to the studio, there are no new notifications, but it shows the ones from the day before. I think what the problem is is when the system comes around to giving notifications for studios, at that time it still thinks it's the same day, for example maybe the previous activity happened 23 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds, it's very close but a program would just assume it's the same day, that way ending up in giving the message twice.

This really isn't a top priority fix, but it would be very convenient to have fixed. Thanks.
