This is asuming you mean MK8DX and not MK8 Wii U. If we're talking about vanilla MK8 the best DLC track and track in general is Super Bell Subway and nobody can change my mind.

Bone Dry Dunes is an amazing Mario Kart 8 Deluxe base game track. With a very cool desert bazaar theme complemented by red sand and quicksand seas including a PIRATE SHIP sailing across it, the vibes alone are immaculate, complemented by its beautiful music. The gameplay is also very interesting, adding in both gliding and antigrav in a way that does not feel forced, drving across a giant wall of bones and gliding across a quicksand river with geysers coming out of it. This course does NOT deserve the hate it gets.

I agree. Totally underrated. It makes really good use out of the antigravity feature in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and also just has a very unique vibe to it.
