This may not be the best website to ask but, I was wondering if this is a good gaming set up.
GPU: Geforce GTX 650
CPU: AMD FX 4130 Quad core processor
Memory : 8G (7.98 Usable)
Thing I want to know:
Can I run these? (low settings or medium)
Titanfall
Battlefield 3
The Elderscrolls online

This isn't the best website. I would suggest asking at a more gaming oriented forum or ask at the forums related to those games.

I would suggest looking first at which game requires the most resources (I think Titanfall might be the one) and then look at what you have here, if they are at or above, then good, if not, I would suggest either looking upgrading something. Another suggestion is just look up benchmarks for the GPU and CPU for that game. Honestly, smooth frame rates mostly relies on the GPU. The CPU doesn't matter as much. So focus more on a good GPU than an amazing CPU.

Based on my quick research, what you have above should be able to run all the games.
