All keys on keyboard

Support. The menu for this block is when you click on the part that appears to be like a drop-down menu, you can press any key you want. You can also undo if you press a key on accident. To exit the menu, simply just click out.

That's not the suggestion.

OP's suggesting that <key ( v) pressed> support any key on the keyboard, like: <key (enter v) pressed> or <key (shift v) pressed>

I see. I'm changing my answer to a support. Because the ability to press Shift or something would be a gamechanger!

I think they should have it so when you select a if key pressed block, it would be like this:

when [ press any key] key pressed

Click on the block, select the keys or combination of keys. Then if it is any keys which can effect things outside of the project like tabbing out, it should say so before the project runs. Like when you are a non-scratcher and cloud variable warning pops up.

I made a neat little 3d engine… You may play it here

What keys specifically do you need? If it's just enter, you can use the “hacked” block
<key (join [enter] []) pressed?>
in the
if <> then

end

wait until <>

repeat until <>

end
blocks.

Does not work for all keys (e.g. shift, backspace, ctrl, etc.)

Esc can't be used because it is a shortcut to exit fullscreen.

but other keys would be so useful.

Those work, they just aren't in the drop down menu. You can put a block in it instead and it works correctly.

<key (join [] [@]) pressed?> // This works

when signature read:: events hat

The following keys work with the
<key (join [] [@]) pressed?>
hack:

a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0 ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ - ~ ` : ; " ' < , > . ? / + =

don't forget that all the other keys anyone can type on a keyboard also works. It's not worth making a list for them all.
