I have the same Windows 10 and Chrome 71 versions.
After a couple of hiccups on day1, my backpack has been working fine.

Strangely, whenever the error appears after putting something in it, it sometimes stays in

Thanks for reporting, and sorry that you are having trouble! The ST knows about this bug. We have made a number of fixes to this on Jan 4th but there is still more work to be done. Hopefully it will be fixed soon

My backpack on scratch doesn't work when i put in a certain sprite but it works for sounds and scripts! I tried removing some things for space but it is not working!

PLS FIX
Scratch is only allowing me to put in one script piece in my backpack and nothing else. Also i cant find the share button and i have assignments that must be done on scratch and i cant save it or share it and i spent a lot of time on my assignment. The only script piece that will go in my backpack is this

Sometimes my backpack won't load, and it is mostly with scripts that are a bit long. After that, my backpack just refuses to work and I need to open a new tab and go to scratch again.

I too have had the same issue. I find it happens most when I attempt to place a large script in. Sound, sprites, and graphics seem to work fine for me. My browser / operating system: IPad iOS 13.1, ChromeiOS 77.0.3865.103, No Flash version detected
