I think that the only difference is that it is the last weekend of the month instead of the last Wednesday.

ok so the entire week between christmas and new year's it's really confusing for me because nothing happens, so i never have any idea what day of the week it is at any given point, and then I saw wiki wednesday and went “oh, so it's wednesday ok” and i check my computer's calendar and it's saturday

am i a time traveler someone help
