Please help, i have switched microphones, changed the volume, and turned on and off flash,
My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Chrome 71.0.3578.98, Flash 32.0 (release 0)
Is there anything bad with my version of chrome or flash?

Well, nevermind, i found a way around this, its to record using a program or website.

it happened for me too,and i haven't changed anything on my computer,but the keyboard(which is not related).
maybe asking @ceebee will work.

I hope i can get it working, since converting an .ogg in advance already takes alot of time.
