Things to consider:
We will drop support for the InvisibleOS project on 20 // 11 // 21 for aging reasons thus support will not be available after this date.
The Developers are always happy to help you after doing research around the issue.
Third party apps cannot be assisted here as they have many unauthorised scripts that could be contributing towards how the OS behaves.
Make sure you are reporting on the Official Client by @Bro342, remixes could contain adjustments and many changes render the OS unstable.
The OS is constantly improving with security and feature updates, we fix bugs in the newest features first before moving onto older ones.
Performance and light energy is our goal, we never want to strain hardware or have a goal to, performance will always be our #1 priority.

We are having issues with the behavior of the Word Processor, we are supporting the treatment and fixes that are in place to help handle the project. For now, the Word app is #Disabled until further research and investigation takes place. Don't worry! You can still reactivate it using the project editor.
