I am proposing a new scratch shops group under the name of United Federation of Scratch Shops.

It will be based as a way for which both shops and the individual scratcher benefit from.

How will shops benefit?

• The UFSS will supply shops with staff and a draft for the home page of the shop
  
• The UFSS will support the shops to continue to produce work and keep bumping them
  
• The UFSS will allow a more centralised approach to shops by having a basis of the same rules. A basis of how each shop works. A basis on the formats for staff applications, Requests, Surveys etc.
  
• The UFSS will supply all beginner shops with a basic set containing: a banner, shop logo, more attractive name (Adding emojis and such), Contracted staff (There will be a staffing system in the UFSS explained in How will the individual scratcher benefit?) and signature
  
• The UFSS will assist shops that are low on customers by advertising their shops

These such things should allow more growth in the Scratch shop community.

One of the goals of the UFSS is not just to benifit shops, but to also benifit scratchers in the shop community. One of those ways is to set up an employment system. The employment system will work as the following

Scratchers getting employed
Scratchers will be able to go onto the UFSS topic and apply for employment. When accepted into employment they will be put on a waiting list in their respected department. When the scratcher reaches the top of the waiting list and a worker in the scratchers listed department is required by one of the shops in the UFSS, they will be assigned to that shop. They will abide by whatever other rules that shop has and will work along side that shop. If contracted by certain amount of time, once that time is up they will be placed back on the waiting list

Shops employing Scratchers
Shops who have joined the UFSS will be able to go onto the UFSS topic and request workers. They can either have the worker join and work for how ever long they want or contract the worker for a specific amount of time (eg. 4 weeks) in which after that time if they have not already left they will be removed from the shop and placed back on the waiting list.

Two type of workers
To be more clear there two types of workers. Contracted and Non Contracted. Contracted have a certain amount of time before they are removed from the shop and placed back on the waiting list. Non Contracted can work for as long as they like.




The UFSS will have a shop format system in which shops who are apart of the UFSS will be given formats to use on their shop

Formats include: Shop front page, request format, staff applications, staff reports, customer survey, seasonal boxes, workers and departments,

UFSS will have specified ways of accepting staff applications and staff reports. A basis on the staff reports is that there must be sufficient evidence to back up claims. A basis on staff applications will enforce that only detailed and honest responses get accepted.

How does a shop become apart of the UFSS?

for a shop to become apart of the UFSS they will be required to fill out an application. When accepted they will be required to reshape their shops rules and formats to the UFSS standards to allow ease for scratcher to order from one shop and another with the same formats. They will be able to assist other shops and be assisted by other shops.

How will the UFSS be run?
It will work like a pyramid

The top of the pyramid will be 5 important positions in the UFSS: President, Vice President, Head of Workers, Head of Rules/Formats/Standards, Head of shop applications

The middle will be the shop representatives and owners

The bottom will be helpers for things such as shop applications, worker applications etc.

I'm trying to add a unique system of getting scratchers jobs at shops. I will eventually after enough time of planning release this for shops to join. but of course things will be altered to better suit what people want.
