Animators
Animators help out with the animation. They follow an outline set by the writer(s) of the episode they are animating so that they know exactly what to put in the scene. All animators much attach an animation of one of the sprites featured in this to application doing these three things: (not at the same time) Walking, Waving, and Picking an Object Up.
Directors
Directors co-direct episodes with @redglitter. They approve things to go into the final episode, and can also write scripts. A director will be promoted from a writer if their work is very good.

It means that you have to do the examples that were said that had to be done on the FP. Depending on which job you want, you do the corresponding example.
