I have decided to leave writing for the school for paws animation. I haven't had that much time to participate and yeah. I might occasionally pop in and say hello and maybe give an idea for future episodes but I will no longer be writing any scripts. Sorry. But I can't wait to see the episodes!

Hey, Glitz, I was thinking:

1. How do you manage all this?! You are really well-rounded and you will definitely make sure to complete School of Paws! How do you do it? What's your secret? TELL MEE!

2. This is related to the Ep. 1 script. I thought that Year 1 meant that the characters would be 11, 12 maybe. But you choose a high age, like the age of college or something. Their actions and dialogue do not relate to their ages. Can you change it?

3. You asked for a sudden meeting between characters for Ep. 2, right? How about showing that at the end of Ep.1, for suspense? They can say each other's names, e.g. Calico meets Cream (and has never met her before only a looooooooooooong time ago.) Calico will say, “CREAM?!” and Cream will say, “CALICO?!” Then the ep. stops.
Ep. 2 will show this scene again, and viewers will know if Calico and Cream are old friends or old enemies. The whole series can revolve around that.

4. This was just an example.

5. I keep forgetting which character is which. Can you make a profile for each of them and put them into a project then add that project to the Writer's Studio? So much easier!

6. If you ever need my help, just ask! I'll be more than happy to help.

You can put your lines wherever you like, as long as you notify me of where they are

1. I've had so many past animated series, I've learn useful techniques for managing them. Unfortunately, those animated series didn't ever get an episode posted, so I'm determined that School for Paws will get at least a whole SERIES of episodes posted. The furthest I ever got with an animated series before was Scratcher Comforts, where I got about 1/2 way through an episode before it went inactive - but I still have the episode somewhere. I'm considering sharing it on my test account.
2. Actually, it's just that the education system on Canisle is really different. They do university/college then school. I don't know what age I want them to be, but 11/12 sounds about right for them. So they're not a lot older, but I've just come up with a random and difficult to understand education system xD I also would like the viewer to have their own opinion on what ages the characters are, if you know what I mean, so I never plan to have the characters say what their ages are.
3. Episode 2 will mark the first time certain characters are seen together, and it's probably going to look like a lot of characters have known each other for a while. I am in fact planning an episode a lot like your idea, where a dog from Poppy's university “joins” the school (they're just spending the day there, but Poppy doesn't know that) and Caramel feels left out, so she finds a new best friend, which leaves someone else out, who has to find a new best friend and so on. Which means that it will share similarities with Episode 2. But I really like your idea! I think I will use it in an upcoming episode.
5. I have already written bios on the Front Page of the forum thread, but I think I'll copy and paste them into the Writers' Studio.
6. Thank you! I'm planning on co-writing one of the upcoming episodes, just let me know if you're interested

Sure thing! But if you want to do that, don't mention the college/university thing unless you are saying that college=school and school=college.

Scenes 1 & 2 are finished! Yay!

I had an idea that as the dogs progress through the school, they will wear different uniforms in different year groups. This also would mean that the viewer could distinguish which dogs were in which years in each episode. I've had a go at drawing the uniforms: (Rosie and Ace 2 model them)

School Uniforms
Top Section: All Year Round
Bottom Section: Xmas (can be worn from December 1st - December 31st, depending on which days they are in school)
Left: Years 1 & 2
Middle: Years 3, 4 & 5
Right: Year 6

Sports Uniforms
Left: Summer
Right: Winter

What do you all think? Which ones do you like, and which ones don't you like? Please let me know with any suggestions!

Thank you! I will add the hats for Years 1 & 2 (that was what I was originally going to do).
