I'm not sure if your post was meant as a joke or not (I do not mean to offend you if it was not a joke, as you've mentioned kaj like this before), but kaj never hacked Scratch, or even had the ability to (probably). He's just so famous on Scratch because he was one of the first people to get really annoyed on Scratch and started making lots of projects about it, which spread around the community of Scratch, and it spread quickly because Scratch's community was small back then.

Anyway, I believe this account has been mentioned before. Apparently it was just someone who found a way to trick some old code in the create an account page. The account was deleted by the Scratch Team.
