I accidently reported my own comment that had nothing wrong with it. It linked to another profile (NOT spreading hate, gossip, or otherwise breaking guidelines). Will i get in trouble?

You might get something as small as an alert, but you should be okay, as mistakes happen. But, if you report your and other comments repeatively that don't go against the guidelines, you may get a more serious consequence, as that is technically lying to ST.

If it was truly a harmless comment as you described, the Scratch Team will realize that it was a mistake, and they won't do anything about it. I can't think of a way that a link to a profile would be inappropriate.

I don't think anything bad should happen. If you really want to be safe, though, you can tell the ST what happened. They'll probably understand.

If you do this a lot, though, it's possible that they may start giving alerts.
