Is it possible to send a specific player a project?

I am creating a platformer. I have barely got it finished as I haven't even made all the character designs or finished writing the story for the game. Now I want to work on this on my other account, but I don't want to share it yet, and I don't want to continue this project on my main account (this one). Is it possible, and if so, does anyone know how?

And also, please don't say I could just create another project on my other account just because it's barely finished, I actually spend a lot of time on the first character design and the text display design, and I would not like to do that all over again.

Oh okay…do you the Scratch Team should add something like that? I'm just asking…and do you have any suggestions about what I should do to work on this project on my other account?

Sounds like you could download it to your computer and upload it into a project on the other account.

Do you have the offline editor? It can be downloaded here.
If you already do, you go into your project, press the file button at the top, and you'll see a button that says “download to your computer”. If you press that, you can then select it in the offline editor.

When you're in the editor for the project you want to download click file -> download to your computer. On your other account create a new project and click file -> upload from your computer and selected the .sb2 project file.

If it's downloaded you should be able to plainly upload it.
