No ideas! I wanna be famous! HELP!

Take this advice from someone that's not famous:
No one just all of a sudden becomes famous with 40 loves and 21 Favorites per each project. Most people that are famous honed in on their craft for years. I of course want to be noticed on Scratch, but I know that isn't going to happen now. I will just do what I do. Make a few games and have a good time making them! You have more followers than me, so I should be the one complaining!

I'll try to help ya with scripts.

Spam your projects in studios that are relevant to your project, and make your project what the person playing your project wants, not what you want. Also, always go by huge trends. For example, its a good idea to make projects about Fortnite, Baldi's Basics, and Deltarune right now. Become friends with Scratchers that are at the same follower level as you. This is coming from a Scratcher that has more than 200 followers. Follow this advice, and may other Scratchers come to you

No ideas! I wanna be famous! HELP!

Here are my tips:
  • Go around and help others! I spend a lot of time trying to help
  • Be active ^^
  • Try to make projects no one has made before, be unique, work HARD on your projects and put lots of efforts.
  • Give yourself challenges, learn new things. I worked on a project for two weeks. It was really hard to make, but it has a big success now!
  • Don't give up, stay optimist.
That's all I have to say for now, it should help a little. Good luck!

Sorry. I thought I was posting on suggestions.
This topic wouldn't belong in Suggestions, either - the right forum would probably be Questions About Scratch or something.

To answer your original question:

1. Put lots of effort into your project, and let that effort shine. Nobody's gonna like a project with incongruous graphics that were slapped together in five seconds, or glitchy code that renders it unplayable. Instead, take time; strive to make your art as high-quality as possible, and try your best to iron the bugs out of your code. Make an attractive thumbnail that draws viewers in and accurately represents what your project is. Go for quality, not quantity; two great projects is better than two hundred mediocre ones.

2. Be active on the site. Make a good name for yourself - be helpful and kind. It's usually not enough to just stay in your own little corner and hope that someone comes along and notices you; you have to go out there and give if you want to receive. Provide constructive feedback on other people's projects. Love/favorite some projects you enjoy; follow some people who you admire. Help people on the forums. Etc, etc. Eventually, people will notice you and give back.

3. Take a good, introspective look at yourself. Are you Scratching for popularity, or because you truly enjoy being on this website? Because the point of this website is not to gain the most followers or the most views on your projects; it's to learn to program. Scratch is for people who want to code. Do you enjoy coding? Do you want to make projects, not just for the followers, but to find enjoyment in them? If Scratch is something you don't enjoy, something that seems like a constant chore to you, then don't use it. Do what you want to do. Do what you enjoy doing. If you enjoy getting popularity, not coding, then I'd suggest going to a social media platform or some other website with more of an emphasis on that.

4. Remember that recognition doesn't come overnight. It takes hard work, effort, and good projects. You can't pick up the piano one day and expect to be Mozart the next. It's a journey.

I'm sorry if I sounded blunt or confusing in any way. Hope I helped

My tips (u probably aren't gonna see them xD)

1. be very very active.
2. Stay focused, and make a project every week or so.
3. Put in that good effort!
4. Advertise. A lot. Go reply to every ad-friendly place's comments and give them your link. But most places don't let you advertise, and they will likely report you, so you have to be careful.
5. Make something really interesting. Ex: if you made a game with 10,000 blocks but is basically just a cat flying around, people aren't gonna like it. So you have to make something FUN.
6. Try to get front-paged. the front page is the highest project popularity level, and once you are in you just have to sit, kick back and relax and wait for the views to roll in. Such efforts include trying to be curated, telling someone to propose your project to be featured, trying to get top-remixed, running for FPC, and more.
7. Pure, pure luck.
There is a lot of other ways, but these are just some of the appealing ones. I hope you found this post helpful. :) :D
