Would be nice for high resolution games

This would mean that we could still do Pixel art, but we could also have higher definition sprites and costumes

Support, as almost any monitor is 16:9 nowadays. I don't think that the servers could store projects in high definition (1920x1080), but it could be around the current project size (480x360). I would suggest 640x360, because that can support older Scratch projects.

No support, 4:3 is the superior resolution.

Support, I think it would be nice to be able to do full HD projects, and vector mode can't make tiny Enough blobs. But still, how would this be added, how bout when you first make a projects a box pops up asking for what format you want to have it in: low, normal, high, very high, and full HD. low is what we currently have.

I think this would get kinda annoying if there wasn't an option for it to not be shown anymore… So that you can just set the default for all your games, instead of it just making it always ask.

yeah that sound good, but maybe you can have there be multiple make new project buttons (in a list of course) so that you can either use the default settings pulled from account settings, and then there are ones like “Make new project (4x2), Make new project (16x4), ect….”

Higher aspect ratios are better as you can see smaller things.

Support. With this, you could use more of the screen.

I think a scratch dev may come at around 30 support.

one thing you might wanna do is have some of the ideas that got put on here and use that to expand on the OP, and maybe also the amount of the supporters? Just a suggestion, that may be a good idea to do.
