You could also check out Sprinkle Town, a town game I created inspired by Stardew Valley! (It's still in very early development stages.)

I found a show that might be it based on your description, it's called the wuzzles. There's a fish with antlers in it but it isn't red. It also aired in the 80s and not 00s

I have one which happens to be a scratch project I favorited. It's an entire album made by the poster. It was electronic, and I vividly remember the poster asking commenters to rate the album out of 10. It's in my favorites somewhere, and I have no idea where it is lol

Yes, I don't remember who it was though, also another detail, I think the background was red and the song names were on the left.

There was this old mobile thing I used to play, on an iPad, and it was for children (but I remember that I did not play it at an early age for some reason). It featured two main(?) characters that would be in it, even at some point showing them in a boat at night with a different character (along to a ‘Three men in a boat’ nursery rhyme…). From this, it can be inferenced that this was educational in at least some parts. I don't remember one character, but they were different from the one I do remember, who has these traits: pinkish human face (simple, cartoonish, no nose, black eyes, blush ovals) with a wide wedge smile, and happy eyes, with two rounded buck teeth. The rest of their body (including the head) was covered in a red…suit? Like basically a tightly-hooded onsie. They were short, with their body being smaller than their circular head. The art style may have been 3D? I don't fully remember, but I know that the character I remember has no outlines. I think the app icon featured the two characters, with the one that I do remember with a joyful expression.

When I was very young (about 4-5) I one some sort of contest on a specific children's character, and got a toy for it. I am convinced it could be lost media, because there is no information about it.
