The TNT blocks sitting on the bodies were spray painted (for the face) or something at some point, I couldn't tell because a machine went around the heads.

2. after an accident, the TMNT 2012 turtles time traveled to a pirate ship, when they were still in the pet store, and thinking they got home, they ended up in their 1987 counterpart's lair

3. the turtles drove at 5 mph and the car exploded on a pothole, also it had a weird chubby bread-winners like art style

4. some random teens get mechs from a very old Michelangelo

There was this old mobile thing I used to play, and it was for children. It featured two main(?) characters that would be in it, even at some point showing them in a boat at night with a different character (along to a ‘Three men in a boat’ nursery rhyme…). I don't remember one character, but they were different from the one I do remember: pinkish human face (simple, cartoonish, no nose, black eyes) with a wide wedge smile with two rounded buck teeth. The rest of their body (including the head) was covered in a red…suit? Like basically a tightly-hooded onsie. They were short, with their body being smaller than their head. I think the app icon featured the two characters.

hello! this seems to be a good place for what I'm trying to look for.

I want to make this as detailed as I can remember, but there was this specific CGI animated cartoon on either cartoon network, Disney channel or Disney XD. From the show's animation, it seems to be from the late 2000's or the early 2010's. this cartoon consisted of these three(?) anti-hero-like villains who would cause different antics in their, I assume, secret lair. One of the characters was this small alien who looked to be wearing a red suit and a robotic mask very similar to bane's from the DC franchise. One of the episodes was about preventing a pizza delivery guy from approaching a destination, potentially their lair (but I do not remember the rest of the episode). one of the scenes of the episode had the very vaguely remembered ‘brains’ character of the group of villains hack into the traffic lights to prevent the delivery from moving any further.

Also, as someone who still watches TMNT 2012, number 2 isn't Trans-Dimensional Turtles. These were probably all TMNT summer shorts. Number 2 is most likely this one

3 is one of the tmnt summer shorts, there's actually a ton of shorts with the artstyle

There was a scene where Don and Raph fight on a skyscraper, there was also a scene in trans dimensional turtles where the modern turtles fight the classic ones.

That still doesn't explain #4, just find anything with Michelangelo or where a group of kids are the main characters.
Number 4 is another one of the TMNT summer shorts. This one to be exact.
Also, as someone who still watches TMNT 2012, number 2 isn't Trans-Dimensional Turtles. These were probably all TMNT summer shorts. Number 2 is most likely this one
