Yeah it’s the official scrapped version. It’s from the E3 1997 video for Lego Island.

oh, I thought it was an edited version of the original ending.

i was told to post this here, so here it is…
so, i never posted on here before, until i noticed this was my chance to know if anyone else knows what i'm looking for. so let me explain what this is about.

when i was younger, i used to search far and wide for online web games of my favorite franchises. of course, there were many bootlegs on the list, too, but i still didn't mind as long as i liked the characters featured in it, especially those related to spongebob. but anyways, i remember going on those laggy, strange websites that probably ran a malware payload in the background just for the games, and i remember this vividly…

but there are two of them that still linger in the back of my mind to this day. i don't know their names, where i played them, or when they were released, but they looked like games from the early 2010s. here is what i remember personally:

the first game was a weird bootleg 2D sidescrolling platformer spongebob game (wow that sure is a mouthful) featuring, well, spongebob, controlled with the arrow keys, and i recall he looked specifically like spongebob from season 2. nothing special, right? could be any spongebob platformer.
but here's the catch: there was another character you could control using the WASD keys. i remember to this day that said character looked like a pink spongebob with a yellow/golden eye color. i don't really remember anything besides that as i basically ragequit after level 4.

now for the second game, which is the most… interesting one so far: it was also a 2D sidescrolling platformer, but this time, it was pokémon-themed. however, it was weird because it didn't feature ash or any other pokémon trainer — you played as pikachu, bulbasaur, charmander or squirtle. i remember that the game over screen was an image of the 4 main characters i mentioned earlier with messed-up collor palletes (for example: charmander was blue and bulbasaur was pink) sitting on a black void with disappointed faces and a text that says “game over”. however, when flash was discontinued, i wasn't able to play anymore, so i just remember these details.

just to clarify: both were 2D, but not pixel art, just 2D sprites.

does anyone else remember these games? if so, what are their names? i need your help. thanks for reading!

I don't think this will help, but the spongebob seems like a color inverted spongebob. This might help for keyword searches. I looked for a while, but since flash was discontinued and the games probably don't have a title, I couldn't find anything.

oh alright thanks, i asked to know if someone remembered the name so i could search it in a flash game archival site and (possibly) search for gameplay online, since i'm sure the internet is filled with those. thanks for answering though, i'm searching for it right now lol

UPDATE: no relevant results. the only things that seem to appear are images with a blue spongebob and pink-ish red eyes, which is not the result i was expecting. thanks for answering though!

Try using Shazam (it's blocked on my school computer) or searching up the lyrics.

I remember this Japanese show that I would watch a little as a kid that was on netflix were there was like a tough ninja dude doing ninja * but there's a girl with the MADDEST crush on him so he has to do ninja stuff WHILE AVOIDING HER and it was peak kinda

ALSO

I VIVIDLY remember an app I would play were it was my little pony and you would raise little babies and I only remember that it was harp music playing in the background and that you could drag them across rooms

I don't really care about the second one bc I prolly was getting bait and switched or it was just a game but I REALLY WANT THE FIRST ONE

The first one sounds like House of Ninjas.

The app sounds like My Baby Unicorn. It's not My Little Pony branded, but it could be confused for a MLP game.
