I'm pretty sure people are part of the Scratch Team as it is their actual job.
I am not sure how it actually works, but the process of selection would most likely be similar to that of a normal job.
There are most likely rules and regulations about who can and cannot apply and what qualifications and such you need.
I am just assuming, but I would suggest searching it up if you are interested.

You need to be 18+, so you can't join the ST currently. However, when you're 18, you would probably apply for it like any other job.
