Rules/Laws:
Power of the Minister:Law Making (Will be done on thread.):
- The Minister may promote anybody he/she believes will perform well as his Junior Assisant, Advisor, or Senior Undersecretary to the position of Junior Assistant, Advisor, or Senior Undersecretary.
- The Minister has the right to fire anyone who he/she believes is breaking conduct, & can accept anyone, as can the Head of Department of the applicant.
- However, he/she can not force anyone to work at the Ministry.
- The Minister does not have the power to directly make laws as he/she wishes.
Law Enforcement:
- Anyone, including the Minister, Heads of Department, & Department Staff, may propose a law to a Ministry staff member.
- The staff member then must get support from at least 50% of Wizengamot, then the Chf. Warlock, their Head of Office, & their Head of Department, to get either signed or vetoed by the Minister.
Empty Seats:
- If anyone breaks a law, then they must be given a fair trial by the Wizengamot.
- If the Minister dies in office, resigns, or is temporarily absent for any reason, their Senior Undersecretary takes over until necessary.
- If a Head of Department dies in office, resigns, or is temporarily absent for any reason, the Heads of Office in that department vote who will take over until necessary.
- If a Head of Office dies in office, resigns, or is temporarily absent for any reason, his staff will vote who will take over until necessary.
