This is by going to your “My Stuff” page and clicking “+ New studio”.

Also, in unrelated note, please don't advertise your website in a forum. Please advertise only in appropriate place (such as your profile).

Go to the “My Stuff” page and click “New Studio +”

To make a studio, go to the header of the screen and hit the little folder next to your username. The little folder should have an S on it.
Once you hit that, you will be directed to my stuff. Click the button on the hand corner New Studio. It will be right next to the button that says “new project.” After you click it, you can edit the description, title, and more. You will automatically be promoted.
To invite curators to your studio, hit invite curators and you can invite via username or you can click on the user from your followers or people that you are following. To promote other people to become manager, click the promote button next to their username. Be sure you trust that person before you promote him/her. Other managers can delete people, edit the studio, and more. If you want to demote someone, press the X near their name.
