Increase the size of profile pictures?

Heyllo, I'm using a website called PhotoMosh to make my pictures glitched, and cool effects, but when I save them, they're about 10 MB's. Could we increase the size of profile pictures to about 10 MB's please?

Why would anyone need over 2-3MB? Even at the point you are, just downsize them and save as PNG. Plus, with the small space for avatars, I doubt 10MB is that easy to reach in 90x90

Edit: My simplistic avatar is 9.13KB.

Larger animated profile pictures could lag someone with a bad school computer and will take longer to load on slower connections.
