RULES FOR ACCEPTING WORKERS (for first and second vice presidents):

MUST NOT BE A NEW SCRATCHER

Every time you fail to respond to an activity check, you get a strike(*). You respond by giving indication that you're responding. Get 4 strikes and you're fired. The end. (hmm this was quite short)
