Cloud Data Lists

Are lists automatically created as cloud data?
If they aren't, there should be something to make them that, similar (or I should say EXACTLY LIKE) variables.

Oh wait, aren't they already “cloud”? I tried it in a project, and I think they're auto-cloud.
Maybe I'm wrong, though.
