Are you uploading the images to a site such as Cubeupload? If so, you should be able to post the image URL into "“ and it should work. (Make sure the URL ends with ”.png". If it doesn't, you probably aren't using the right URL – try another URL the site gives you.)

I try to use images on the Scratch Forum but it dose not let me. Please let me know.If you are a new scratcher, you can't use images on the forums, but if you are a scratcher, you can. You need to host an image first. Go to a whitelist image hoster (the link is provided in isthisausername's post). Some are discouraged while others cost money. When you host the image, you need to copy the image's address and post the URL. If you can't get any, you can copy the image address off of your projects, studios, etc. and post its URL. It needs to be a certain height of pixels (maximum) and has to follow the guidelines.
Hope this helped!

What do you mean? The 3.0 site isn't an image host. To post an image onto scratch you have to upload the image you want to a type of website called an image host (cubeupload is one of the popular ones on scratch, but there are others approved by the scratch team). The website will then give you an URL which links to your image, and that's the URL you use to post the image. It's a bit complicated, but it's a safety measure to stop users from posting inappropriate images. Are you uploading the images to a site such as Cubeupload? There is an image host built in to scratch 3.0. This is 1 of the examples:What do you mean? The 3.0 site isn't an image host.
