What kind of skills do u need to use scratch, cuz when it comes to coordinates, I am terrible at figuring out where is where and using the panel (just below the stage) is a bit difficult to use if u do not know where are the coordinates.

The coordinate will tell you where your mouse is pointing on the stage. It's not really that effective, unfortunately, but what you can also do is pick up the sprite and drag it to where you want to go. You can also play around with the “go to” block but that's not as effective either.

You eventually get a feel for where a coordinate's general location is. Perhaps “practice” by messing around with pen art/math projects.

I guess general maths skills would be useful for this? It's probably a good idea to get used to estimating where coordinates would be. If you know that the center is at (0,0) if you know that from the center to the right side is 240 steps at (240,0) and the center to the top is 180 steps (0,180), with negative going backwards, being the reverse. You can use that the estimate where something would be. Half way between the center and the right side? half 240. Is it also near the top of the screen? It's going to be around (120,180)

On the bottom right of the “preview” screen-thing.

See the thing that says “x: 122 y: -59”? That's what I mean.
