Aren't all Scratch projects open source?

I don't exactly know what this forum is for. Isn't it true that all Scratch projects are open source projects?

2+2=4
2*2=4
2^2=4
2^^2=4
2^^^2=4
2^^^^2=4
…
I see a pattern.

I think that means every project.

Though I guess many of those would be open-source as well anyways

It's talking about Scratch Team's open source applications as well as the Scratch community's open source apps that work with Scratch. The title of the forum is misleading, which is why it might be changed soon.

Not everyone has GitHub account, and GitHub does not handle “discussions” other than feature requests or bugs.
