It would look like this:
([mean v] of [list v] :: list)
Choices: Mean, Median, Mode, Range, Sum, Product, Biggest, Smallest, Biggest, Least Lettered, Most Lettered. Upper Quartile, Lower Quartile, Interquartile Range

No support, because lists are not strictly for numbered sequences, and while it's true it could return “null” or something if non-numbers are present for number-based operations, I think it's probably just better to let the user program these operations themselves. Or perhaps with Scratch 3.0 custom reporters someone could make this block themselves actually.

What is least lettered and most lettered?

What does range report?

Least lettered means “the term that has the least characters”.
For example, in the words “kid”, “bubble”, and “fish”, kid would be the least lettered and bubble would be the most lettered.
The range is the greatest term minus the smallest term.

The labels “shortest” and “longest” or “shortest item” and “longest item” would be more clear for me. What is reported when there's a tie?

Probably the first item in the list that's part of the tie.

Shortest and longest would be confusing because little kids might think those would mean “smallest” and “biggest”.

I'm not sure how that would be confusing as shortest and longest clearly refer to length. Perhaps shortest/longest string?

This would be very useful for complex projects, especially ones full of lists. The workarounds are pretty hard to make.

No support.
Mean, Sum, Product, Biggest, Smallest, Least lettered, Most lettered: Trivial to implement – Anyone who can use a list should be able to make themselves.
Median, Mode, Range, Upper quartile, Lower quartile, Interquartile range: Rarely used other than in projects specifically meant for showing these statistics.
