Scratch crashes when size is >3000
My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Chrome 67.0.3396.99, Flash 30.0 (release 0)
I noticed a very interesting glitch today. Scratch will crash when the size is greater than 3000% (I've gotten it to get up to 10,000%)
Here's a link to the video of it happening: https://drive.google.com/file/d/126lOaqgxmeLu8S3MO7Y0C7dS9MVgMUGw/view?usp=sharing

I don't know why, it doesn't happen to me. Maybe it's your computer's power? I tried on my cousin's PC which is slower and less powerful than mine and it works correctly.

Yes, it's is not that surprising…
When you have a costume that's so large, it's very intensive for Flash to deal with all the pixels involved in the costume – especially if your computer isn't so powerful.
The point at which a crash occurs will depend on the complexity of the costume, and a number of factors with the machine running it – so you may find a project seems to work ok for you with a costume set to 2000%, but for someone else it'll cause terrible lag.
I've seen this kind of thing cause trouble from time to time – the creator of the project containing such an oversized costume obviously didn't have any problems, but someone else then reports that it lags loads.
As a general rule, I'd say it's a bad idea to blow up a complex costume (that already takes up a significant amount of the stage at its standard size) to more than ~1000%. A simple costume (e.g. a single rectangle outline, even the size of the stage) will probably work ok for most people up to maybe 10000%.

Costumes aren't supposed to be that big.

I think that is very true, costumes are not supposed to be so big, I think if you want something so big, use several costumes, of it getting bigger. Costumes aren't supposed to be that big.
