(ANSWER) Can I use Scratch on my mobile device or tablet?

 NOTE: This is an ANSWER to the question. didn't know where to put it.
You COULD use 3.0 or an unofficial app, but I have one word: Puffin. Puffin Browser is a free Flash-enabled app that lets you, well, use Flash! It's also the way to use Scratch on Fire, since 3.0 doesn't suppoet Silk. You can use Theater Mode and a virtual 4-button gamepad for the best experience.
