We would need a new version of Scratch with more precise, more “focused” blocks.
It would also serve to export the project for Windows, Mac, Linux and also Android, IOS, Windows Phone.

The ST will decide if there should be an “advanced” version of Scratch.
If you want to pitch this idea to them, then I would suggest reporting this post to the ST and asking them to move it here.
