UNDERSMASH (Undertale + Smash Bros)
I have decided I wanted to make a game that included my 2 favorite games: Smash Bros and Undertale. Basically Super Smash Bros but with Undertale characters. As far as I know, I am the first person who has made a game combining Smash Bros and Undertale. Other things I have seen are animations or ideas.

What I need is people who can:
1. Make good pixel art (pixel art must look like it was from the original undertale)
2. Code well
3. Makes/Finds sound effects
NEW: Can make a cool intro for Undersmash like Super Smash Flash, but with Undertale characters (right now it just shows the word “Undersmash” in Undertale font)
If you do help, you will be invited to the official studio and will be promoted.
If you would not like to help make the game, you can still suggest move ideas. The move ideas I have down right now are not permanent.

Down Special: green soul (after player uses down special, they can turn their shield using the up, down, left, and right keys.) the shield can be used to block projectiles, but not attacks. The player can stop using it after the player lets go of the special button.

Final Smash: ERASE (Whites out screen and swirls enemies around, sending them flying) or (I just thought of this) gets healed from the 6 souls (from the omega flowey fight)

Saiyan, Most of those moves are great. But I don't want to change sans's current down special: teleport (sort of like meta night's down special). I have actually programmed a few moves into sans, which you can see here: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/228203897/. The rest are fine and will add them to the list soon. The stages and skins are great, too.

Side spec: Tear shot

Up spec: Soul pating (like in Cuphead where ghosts fly out of body, but no body)
Taunt 1: Lay and feel nothing (cant remember the quote)
Final smash: Space out (goes into space area and fills arena with tears)

If Napstablook vanishes for 3 seconds and reappears, then the opponent would be ready to attack him when he reappears. How about when Napstablook reappears, if the opponent is touching Napstablook, it is an insta-kill, since it would be hard to pull off.
Also, how about for the up special, Napstablook made his dapper-blook (when he cries a top hat) while he was floating up.
