Pressing "delete" on keyboard does not always delete object(s)

Sometimes, if I select an object and press “delete” on my keyboard, it doesn't delete it.

Well, sometimes neither of them work, so I have to use the delete button in the editor.

This happens when the INSIDE of a shape is selected and not the selection box. It's weird.

To make sure that things delete, click the selection box, and then hit backspace.
