Scratch does NOT not allow uploading over the limit

Scratch does NOT not allow uploading over the limit, but it prevents editing over the limit. It so happens, that sprites may be imported beyond the limit. The music lists of the already existing sprite and the new sprite can then be merged, and the new sprite deleted with JSONhacks. Two of my projects, Music player (90.8 MB) and Tetris Return (90.9 MB) have been uploaded to Scratch; in fact, they have the exact same song list. Wow, nice glitch. I can now finally finish my long-ago-abandoned music rhythm game.

The problem with doing this is that you have no way to release updates. If you want to modify your scripts, fix bugs or do any further work, you need to upload to a new project each time.

Scratch dabbling for fun…

It does not work like that. This method requires the project to exist offline. For some reason uploading a 90MB sprite freezes offline Scratch, so to update, just modify the method so that the all partial music sprites are saved to your drive, delete the big music sprite, do the updates, import all partial music sprites, JSONhack to merge them and upload to Scratch. In Scratch, it's possible to replace a project with a project from your drive, without making it a new project.
