I can't import or export media or sprites on Scratch; macOS High Sierra 10.13.3
Everything on the Scratch Editor seems to work fine, just that when I do the equivalent to right-clicking on a Mac on something such as a sound, costume or spite, and then click, ‘Save to local file’, nothing happens - not even a dialog box. The same thing happens when I click any import button.
Strangely, this works on my duel-boot Windows 10 operating system (which is on a Mac),
My guess is that it tries to open a Windows import or export window, which doesn't exist on a Mac operating system.
Since the forums can display the operating system, internet browser and Flash version, I'm assuming it is possible to track the right operating system, and and give it the matching import and export sections. If it is, would the Scratch team please program this into Scratch, or alternitately would people please give me steps to fix this (apart from just switching to Internet Explorer, which I already do)?
Thanks in advance!
P.S. My browser / operating system is: MacOS Macintosh X 10.13.3, Safari 11.0.3, Flash 29.0 (release 0)
Edit: I just discovered another one of these issues exactly like this - on the front page of the Bugs and Glitches section! So, yes, this is a duplicate.

There's Great

The great news is that the evil kumquats have given up on eating signatures!
The BAD news is (removed by guavas - bow down to your guava overlords).

I've had this problem too, although not every time. It appears to be random whether it works or not.
My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Chrome 65.0.3325.181, Flash 29.0 (release 0)

when this signature read :: events hat
if <I know what [kumquats] are :: sensing> then //false
have (Katty :: pen) [eat v] [nearby kumquats v] :: motion // Katty eats the kumquats for me, whatever they are
else
learn what [kumquats] are :: sensing // this block must be malfunctional
end

As another note, when I download audio it doesn't play. Hopefully this is all fixed in Scratch 3.0

This is a problem with Safari, Safari no longer supports Flash and will only work with basic Flash. Install Firefox, a great browser that runs on almost anything.
