Art editor, turn 90 degrees

There should be a button in the art editor that lets you instantly rotate your sprite's art 90 degrees to the left or right. I believe this existed in Scratch 1, so why was it removed. It would be super useful

Full support, I thought of suggesting this so many times, but never got around to it. This will be seriously useful for everyone that needs to flip things but vertical and horizontal flip aren't enough. Though, in the Scratch 3.0 previes, if you hold shift while rotating it defaults to 45* or 15* rotations, can't remember which, and you can flip 90* with them.

Supportt, but it should be a separate tool that allows you to rotate it any amount of degrees, like rotate 37 or rotate 45.
