What advantages do Scratchers have over New Scratchers?
Well, as for spam war and other, the Scratch Team added the New Scratcher rank to stop users that just joined from spamming. Here is so far what the differences are between New Scratchers and Scratchers;
P.S. When a user joins, they become a New Scratcher and have to meet some requirements to advance to be a Scratcher.

- New Scratchers have the 120 second rule for comments rather than the 60 second rule to slow down spamming
- New Scratchers cannot post images or videos on the forums
- New Scratchers don't have access to cloud data
P.S. When a user joins, they become a New Scratcher and have to meet some requirements to advance to be a Scratcher.
